No. We do not require a credit check or traditional rental history to move in. Instead, we perform a quick background check to help keep the community safe for all residents.

We do not require security deposits, last month’s rent, or long-term leases. A background check fee may apply, and all residents must agree to our community rules and house policies.

Your weekly rate includes a fully furnished 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, full-size kitchen, all utilities (power, water, gas), Wi‑Fi, cable, and free on-site parking. You also have access to on-site laundry and on-site management.
